Places You Forget: Andelvorn

Andelvorn is rumored to be a small town, possibly in ruins, that surrounds the tower of a long dead wizard. Or maybe a vampire lord. Or a coven of witches. Nobody is very sure about anything because a powerful spell wipes almost all memories of the place.
We aren’t even sure exactly where Andelvorn is. Ancient scrolls and maps put it in the Western Culindan Empire, but later maps, made after the fall of the Empire, don’t show it at all. Since 400 years ago was a time of great magic, it is entirely possible the whole place moved more than once. It is also possibly, though highly unlikely, that Andelvorn is a ghost city, and moves around to wherever somebody hopes to find it.
As we all know, the Adventurers Club has a standing 5,000 gold ram reward for anyone who actually locates Andelvorn and retains enough knowledge to let another group return to it. Recent advances in anti-magic devices are making chances of Andelvorn’s eventual discovery look better every year.
