…it’s…aw hell, I don’t know
Well I’ll be darned, it appears that the folks behind Conquest L.A. and Conquest SF are planning a Conquest right here in the River City (AKA Sacramento AKA The Big Tomato) next April 7-9. At last, a con I can afford to go to and not need a hotel room! Not much info on the con yet, but you can go here to check it out: http://www.con-quest.com/sacindex.html.
NOTE FROM 2020: The first Con quest Sac was not bad, but then the con began a long slide into being a tiny little shitshow. Mind you, the dickhead who runs it was, until COVID killed cons, putting on 3 or 4 tiny shitshows a year here in Sacramento. He also puts on other cons, in other areas, most of which suck.
